Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Returns are eligible on all products except for:

- Gift cards

- Earrings (hygiene reasons)

- Personalised jewellery (engraved items or special sizes)

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you om the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange it for same item, send us an email at  info@shineme.com.au and send your item to :

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to :

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your return item.
